We are siuated in a heavily wooded valley, along side of the rushing West Lyn river. We are a small, friendly, family run site that does not have a club house, bar or swimming pool. What we do have is a peaceful, tranquil spot that offers an ideal base to explore Lynton and Lynmouth on foot or Exmoor National Park, North Devon and West Somerset by car.
Pets are welcome on site and in certain of our accommodations. We have a small Cafe on site that specialises in fresh cooked breakfasts using, where possible, local produce. In the high season we also provide evening take aways. Although we encourage the use of barbeques (off of the ground) we have the local village Inn (the Bridge Inn) along side of us and there are any number of good eating places within a short walk or ride.
Visitors must visit Watersmeet and the Valley of Rocks, easily accessible on foot and no trip is complete without a ride on the World famous water-powered Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway.
Short breaks are encouraged and discounts are offered for both longer stays and Senior Citizens.
