We are situated beside the river Cleddau in the beautiful Pembrokeshire National Park.
Our main camping area has views over the water to Lawrenny and of the country side, is well maintained and mowed regularly. It is kept free of muddy tracks by asking visitors to park in our yard next to the site in wet weather. This enhances the appearance of the site and keeps mud out of your tents and caravans, of course when it is dry then you are welcome to park on your pitch.
We have a path joining the national park walk around Carew Castle and Mill which is visible from the site and well within walking distance. This will also lead you to the Carew picnic site and Carew Inn which serves excellent food and live music which has been enjoyed by many staying here.
We have our own access to the river via a hard road ideal for canoes, kayaks and anglers, it is a haven for wildlife and birds.
There are many walking and cycling routes in the area whether inland or coastal, we are never far from a sandy beach such as Tenby, Broadhaven, freshwater east and west and Barafundle to name a few.
We are within 10 miles of attractions such as Oakwood theme Park, Folly Farm, Heatherton Wildlife Park, these are just a small selection.
