Penddol Holiday Park is situated in an area of outstanding beauty. It is a small park by the side of a stream, set in a peaceful valley close to the Cambrian Mountains and within walking distance of the village of Carno. The surrounding area offers leisure opportunities to suit everybody with hill-walking, pony trekking, fishing, bird watching, quad trekking and golf the list is endless. We are close to all the mid Wales lakes each with their own special qualities.
The coast is within easy reach and also the market towns of Newtown, Machynlleth, Llandidloes and Welshpool.
There are pitches for 50 holiday homes all connected to water and electricity with some wonderful views of the valley. The season is from 1st March to 30th November.
The park is well landscaped. The lawns and flower containers are regularly maintained by the owner.
Our local pub is only half a mile down the lane or across the fields and serves a good range of meals.
The parks facilities include a heated outdoor swimming pool, a children's playground and a large recreational area and bowling green.

Directions
Proceed through Newtown on the A483 for approximately three miles. Turn right before the level crossing along the A489/A470 signposted Machynlleth. Continue through Caersws and Clatter. On entering Carno turn left after the 40mph sign, go over the narrow bridge, then turn right, following the road round the sharp bend and the entrance is 800 yards up the lane.
