This private estate includes part of the Winterton Great Valley and over forty acres of rolling sand dunes and a fine, wide beach.
Through the valley towards Winterton-On-Sea, one can walk and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the Nature Reserve, which extends for many miles along the coast. The beach, valley and dunes; with their numerous, interesting features combine to make this an outstanding leisure area, within easy reach of the amusements at Hemsby Gap, located but a half-mile distant. Sea-fishing trips are also available from here, and there are covered and heated swimming pools within one mile of the site.
