Our caravan park only takes SEASON pitch bookings. The price for 2012 is £1275.00 for one whole season, 1st march to 30th october. The price includes 2 cars, 2 well behaved dogs, your awning, 16 amp power supply, and a grassed area in front of each caravan. We also allow a small tent to pitch along side a season pitch for freinds or family to stay (price on request) (SORRY NO ALL MALE OR FEMALE PARTYS ALLOWED)
Our park has large level grassed pitches, fully lit stand pipes, and excellent gentle lighting around the site, the park also provides a private fully heated key entry shower and toilet block.
A launderette with washing up facilities is also on park, and we have 24hour CCTV covering the park and caravans, plus secure fencing all round with gate entry.
Our small park being season pitch bookings only will allow you and your family to enjoy your caravan a lot more in the season and with no holiday bookings eccepted this ensures a very peacfull and relaxed park, for you to enjoy through out the season.(WE ONLY HAVE 5 PITCHES LEFT AVAILABLE FOR 2012)

The Club and Restaurant on site will provide for most of your needs such as delicious bar meals, Sunday roasts, vegetarian meals etc, and with a good selection of wines spirits beers and ales there is something for every-body's taste.
We also have live music at weekends 50s 60s rock & roll, 70s glam rock and more, bands like union-gap cuff-links, all with No 1 hits live here at toppers.
There is also a pool table for your enjoyment plus big screen TV for some major sporting events. This Club is only open Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Evenings and Sunday Lunch Time.
Nearby Attractions
There are many nearby attractions such as zoo,s theme parks, theaters, seaside amusements, holiday clubs, local pubs, cafes etc, and even the rugged cliffs and golden sands of our coast are here to enjoy.
Altogether there are 30 broads, threaded together by the rivers Bure, Yare and Waveney, with great fishing to be done on the rivers or at the broad edge or you can hire a day boat at Potter Heigham and tour all the rivers and enjoy the riverside pubs,and conservation areas. All by car 15 mins away.
There is also great shopping at the city of Norwich and many site seeing activities around our local area (The more you look the more you will find).
